INTRO TO
POLE DANCING TRICKS
(Athletic Pole)
Level: Very beginner. Start here if you have not taken a pole class on a regular basis. No experience needed.
Intensity: Basic strength building. Your feet don’t leave the ground until you feel ready.
What to expect: Basic pole spins and tricks will be taught.
What to wear: You need your skin to stick to the pole to perform the tricks you will learn. Shorts, tank top/sports bra and bare feet are appropriate. Please see our FAQ pages for more information.
INTRO TO
SEXY POLE
(Heels are welcome)
Level: All levels welcome. No experience needed.
Intensity: The focus is on body fluidity vs. strength training. You will become stronger and more flexible.
What to expect: Discover your own sensuality as your instructor takes you through a sexy body workout.
What to wear: Whatever makes you feel comfortable and sexy! *
High heels that will stay secure on your feet are appropriate. (Can be barefoot.) * Knee pads and/ or leg warmers are highly suggested.
OPEN LEVEL
POLE TRICKS
(Beginner to advanced)
Level: All levels welcome, but we suggest trying Intro to Pole Tricks first.
Intensity: This class is designed for all level students to increase their skills with athletic pole tricks.
What to expect: The instructor will take you through a full body warm up before teaching a variety of pole tricks. We will work with each person’s body type, which means each person will be able to work within their comfort zone and see result almost immediately.
What to wear: You need your skin to stick to the pole to perform the tricks you will learn. Shorts, tank top/sports bra and bare feet are appropriate. Please see our FAQ pages for more information.
POLE PLAYGROUND
(Not an instructor taught class)
Level: Anyone that takes pole class on a regular basis that wants more practice time.
Intensity: Determined by you.
What to expect: This is open practice time. Instructor will be present to spot and assist you, but this is NOT an instructor led class and you WILL NOT be taught new tricks.
You are responsible for your own warm up, your own skills to work on, and clean up after class.
